It’s is when a person is excessive or play use of computers game that interferes with daily life. Being a compulsive gaming is considered a psychological disorder, wherein it affects the person mentally and even physically. Compulsive gamers often skip their meals and even try not to sleep just to play their game. It also affects the social behavior of a person because he or she preferred to stay at home alone just to play than to hang out with someone. They are more attached to the world of fantasy rather than the real world. This Computer game addiction can be avoided by the help of your family and friends. Encourage them to join outdoor activity and help them realize that its much more fun spending time with family and friends rather than playing those video games.

It is no doubt that it help us so much in our daily lives but do you know that excessive use of computer can cause physical problems to the user. You can be an excessive user of a computer if you’re sitting at the computer pretty much all day, every day. Eye problems are probably the major problems experienced by computer users. These include blurred vision while and after using a computer, dry eyes and fatigue. They are also at risk on getting a carpal tunnel syndrome which is marked by weakness and pain in the hand and wrist due to wrong positioning of your hands when using computer keyboard. Other problems that may occur to you are neck and back strain due to wrong posture when in using a computer. These entire computer health hazards can be avoided by following some of my advices. Get an anti glare screen to protect your eyes and adjust the screen brightness to until they are comfortable to the eye. Look away from the screen periodically. Observe proper sitting and typing position as much as possible. Take a 15 to 20 minutes break every two hours of using the computer. Don’t ignore these computer hazards because it can lead to much more complicated health problems.
